REFUND
Terms of payment:
The total amount of the participation fee is due upon registration and must be paid immediately by bank transfer or PayPal.
If payment is made by bank transfer, the amount must be transferred within 3 working days.
Registration via our website is binding and obliges you to pay the participation fee.
Cancellation:

If you cancel your participation up to 3 weeks (21 days) before the event, 75% of the participation fee will be retained. The remaining amount will be refunded within 14 days of the originally planned event date.

If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, the participation fee will not be refunded.

If a participant has to abandon the event after it has started due to a technical defect, injury or other reasons, the participation fee will also not be refunded.
Cancellation/termination of the event:

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event if the minimum number of participants is not reached and the event costs cannot be covered as a result. In this case, the payment made will be refunded 100%.

If the event cannot be held as planned due to the absence of one or more instructors, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event. In this case, the payment made will be refunded 100%.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event at its own discretion. In this case, a pro rata refund of the participation fee will be made.
Event exclusion:
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the event if they disrupt the training process, are not in a suitable mental or physical condition, or pose a danger to themselves or others. In this case, the participation fee will not be refunded.
Other:
The participant agrees that image and video material taken during the event may be published by Mike Wiedemann for advertising purposes. If a participant does not agree to this, this must be agreed with the organizer before the event.
The publication of image and video material created on the day of the event by the participant or his helpers requires the prior approval of Mike Wiedemann.
